Before & After School Program

Online Registration for NEW Participants
Registration for the 2024/2025 school year to start the program on the first day of school closed on August 9, 2024, but you can still register to be placed on our waitlist! We monitor our waitlist regularly and add children to the program from the waitlist as spots become available. Once a spot opens up, you will receive an email with the next steps required to complete registration.

 

How to Be Added to the Waitlist

  1. If your child is not a member of the Hamilton Area YMCA, you will need to create a guest account for the child. You do not need to pay for a membership to register for the Before/After School Programs. Your child may already have an account if they have previously participated in a Hamilton Area YMCA program.
  2. Once you have an account, click the link at the top right of the website to “PAY A BALANCE/REGISTER” and log in.
  3. Under childcare and camp, click “BASE (Before and After School Enrichment)” and select the appropriate school.
  4. Select desired program(s) and add them to your cart (If you need both before and after care, you must add both to your cart)
  5. Complete the checkout process to have your child added to the waitlist. You will not be charged, but you will receive a receipt showing that your child was added to the waitlist. If you do not receive a receipt, you did not complete the entire checkout process. When a spot opens up, we will contact families in the order that they are on the waitlist.

If your child is added to the program from the waitlist and you are given your start date, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your Hamilton Area YMCA account and make your first monthly payment.         

An email from the Hamilton Area YMCA will be sent within 4 hours of registration with a direct link to Playerspace. This is the electronic platform we use to collect children’s info such as emergency contacts, authorized pickups, medical history, billing info, and other required waivers. This initial email is time-sensitive and may find its way in a spam or junk folder.

On the paperwork within Playerspace, you can choose from the 3-day or 5-day options for your child. Your monthly billing will be adjusted based on which option you choose. Failure to complete the paperwork within 7 days will result in the forfeit of your child’s spot.

2024/2025 Program Fees:

Before Care 5 Days per week – 7:15 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. - $145.00/month

Before Care 3 Days per week – 7:15 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. - $133.00/month

After Care 5 Days per week – 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - $250.00/month

After Care 3 Days per week – 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - $228.00/month
