We offer year round Beginner and Intermediate gymnastics classes for boys and girls ages 3 - 12. Our classes provide a fun, safe learning environment with instructors who are qualified in excellent teaching techniques and safety standards. Our youngest beginner gymnasts will explore and develop new skills; coordination and balance are stressed as an introduction to basic gymnastics. Our older and more advanced gymnasts will learn proper body mechanics and flexibility and will utilize the beam, uneven bars, vault and tumbling on the floor mats.
The Hamilton Area YMCA is committed to an inclusive environment. For more information regarding our inclusive program offerings and accommodations, contact Mary Gagliardi at 609.581.9622 ext. 121 or mgagliardi@hamiltonymca.org.
